Here is some useful information to help your enjoyment of the Port Isaac Shanty Weekend 2026.

Main Music Venue…This year our main venue will be our beautiful Port Isaac Village Hall located on Trewetha Lane. This will also be the HQ for the weekend for any questions you may have. The bar will be open and there will be a range of food delights on offer!

Other Village Music Venues…you’ll also be able to see performers at six other venues across Port Isaac. These are:

  • The Old School Hotel and Restaurant

  • The Golden Lion

  • The Mote Restaurant

  • The Slipway Hotel and Restaurant

  • The Chapel Cafe

  • All Aboard Cafe and Restaurant

You’ll be able to enjoy drinks and food at all the venues.

Car Parking...existing village car parks are located at the Main Car Park, New Road and Brooklands View. All parking is signposted and charges apply. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE MAIN ROAD OR ON GRASS VERGES.

Programmes…on sale at all venues and includes all the information you need to plan your route around the village to see the performers.

Alcohol..all Music Venues are Licensed and therefore Alcohol MUST NOT be bought in from outside to any venues. No alcohol can be taken off site from any venues when walking to another music venue in the village.

Dogs..are welcome and all we ask is that your dog is kept on a lead and you clear up after them. For all village venues, their guidelines apply.

Accessibility…as the main Music Venue, Port Isaac Village Hall has an external stair lift to assist wheelchair users and anyone with mobility issues to access the Hall. However if you’ve visited Port Isaac before you’ll be aware of our hills up and down to other music venues so please bear this in mind!

Our Volunteers…The Shanty Weekend is organised by a group of five volunteers who are supported by an army of Shanty Volunteers across the weekend. If you need any help just look out for our volunteers wearing high vis jackets and name badges!

And finally….we’re looking forward to welcoming you all to our village by the sea for what will be a great weekend filled with live music from some amazing acts.
